I know I’ve broken the style of limerick into pieces, and I apologise for that! I just like the format of this style of poetry, but you see, I don’t have a good sense of humour. So all my limericks fail to provide that sort of stuff…
There was a freshness in every day,
Less to listen, and lots to say,
big bubbly eyes,
sweet stubborn cries,
Those times didn’t go, they faded away!
Ah childhood. 🙂

A fat numbered age is not required to miss one’s childhood. Few experiences and here we become wiser, only to realize the worth of what can never be back again – ‘Innocent Childhood’.
Beautiful Apeksha. ❤
